Do I have to be present during my appointment?

We do ask that you are there for your first booking with us in case there are any unexpected issues getting into the property. With any subsequent cleanings it is not necessary for you to be home, just leave us a key or provide instructions on how to get in (i.e. Lockbox or Gate Code) and we’ll be happy to clean while you’re gone!

What payment methods can I use?

In an effort to reduce complexity and streamline the booking process, we only accept electronic payments. All major credit cards supported.

What's the cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 48-hours before your booking, you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file.

If you cancel within 48-hours of your booking, the full amount will be credited to your account to use whenever you’d like.

Cancelling within 24-hours is NON-REFUNDABLE.

How long will it take to clean my house?

Cleaning time is dictated by multiple factors (namely size and condition). We like to be thorough in our cleaning process and not cut any corners in the name of speed. Your cleaner should be able to assess and give you an estimate once they arrive.

What is the vetting process for cleaners?

All Cru certified cleaners have been thoroughly background-checked and undergo a rigorous interview process, as well as verification of insurance. Safety is a top priority as we know the importance of being able to trust those that you let inside your home.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

As long as you do so before 48-hours of your original appointment you are free to reschedule at no extra charge. Rescheduling can be done within your account page.

Is there anything you don't clean?

In an effort to keep our cleaners safe and healthy there are a few things we DO NOT do under any circumstances:

1. Home Exteriors (Incl. Garages/Patios) - At this time we do not offer any exterior cleaning services as it requires heavy-duty equipment and brings another set of safety concerns.

2. Hazardous Waste - We are not equipped to clean any chemical or biological waste. Let us know if you have any of these challenges and we’ll be happy to refer you to someone who can help.

3. Heavy Objects - Cleaners aren't able to lift more than 30 pounds. For their safety, if you require cleaning behind large appliances or furniture please make accommodations to get these moved prior to arrival.

4. Pets - While we love your furry friends, we ask that you make sure your animals are either out of the house or locked away before your cleaners arrive.

Do you offer commercial cleaning?

Commercial cleaning is available on a case-by-case basis as it requires a custom quote (for this reason we do not offer it via online booking).
